Overview
The vibration of rolling bearings and gearboxes contains both high-frequency impact vibration and low-frequency vibration. When detecting such vibrations, it is necessary to detect both high-frequency impact vibrations and low-frequency vibration intensity. It is more effective to use dimensionless pulse indicators for state judgment. HG-2510 is designed based on the above ideas. It can measure both vibration intensity and the peak and average values of high-frequency acceleration, thus obtaining the pulse index of high-frequency acceleration. In addition, high-frequency absolute judgment standards for bearings and gears and low-frequency vibration intensity standards (ISO-2372) are also provided to help distinguish the status of bearings and gears.
