The ZQGSA-D × S series swing nozzle actuator (also known as swing cylinder) uses compressed air as the power source, receives 4-20mA electrical signals or 0.02-0.1MPa gas signals, and produces direct displacement with signal changes, and pushes the regulated mechanism with a certain stroke. This product has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable use, strong wear resistance, light weight, high mechanical efficiency, and can be equipped with three break self-locking and valve position feedback functions. It is matched with the ZKY (FDK) actuator local control cabinet produced by our company and can accept 4-20mA electrical signals from DCS system for linear adjustment. It is widely used in the automatic adjustment of various control systems in industrial sectors such as power, metallurgy, light industry, chemical industry, petroleum, etc., especially suitable for the swing nozzle of large power plant boilers, valve opening adjustment, etc.
