1、 Function and purpose:
The JDL-80 automatic ringing controller is based on a high-performance microcomputer chip and can automatically ring the bell according to user settings. It can be programmed to ring 80 times a day; Dual programming achieves 2 * 40 ring times, with adjustable ring time and features such as accurate timekeeping and easy operation. It is widely used for automatic ring control in schools and enterprises.

3、 Instructions for use:
Clock status setting/adjustment
On the clock display interface, hold down the [Clock] key while pressing the [Hour], [Minute], or [Week] keys to adjust the clock or week; Press the [Auto/Manual] button to switch between [On/Auto/Off] states. When the button points to the "On" state, a temporary bell will ring, and if the symbol moves to "Auto" or "Off", it will stop; When pointing to the "off" state, it remains closed to achieve the function of stopping the bell at any time;
§ Ringing program settings
1. Operation of keyboard lock:
On the clock display interface, long pressing the [Cancel/Resume] button for more than 2 seconds will unlock or set the keyboard lock. After locking, the [] symbol will be displayed in the lower left corner of the LCD screen, and the symbol will disappear after unlocking If not operated for a long time, the product will automatically lock. Other operations can only be performed after unlocking.
2. Single/dual programming conversion: Long press the [hour] key for more than 3 seconds in clock mode to directly convert between single/dual programming functions. Implement a single programming to ring the bell 80 times a day; Implement dual programming to ring the bell for 2 * 40 hours.
3. Summer and winter schedule conversion: Long press the [minute] button for more than 3 seconds while in clock mode to achieve the program conversion between "summer" and "winter" schedule. During seasonal transitions and changes in daily routines, there is no need to reset the program, simply switch.
4. Ringing program setting: Under the display of "summer" or "winter" characters, press the [Program] key to enter the ringing program setting state. Continuously press the [Program] key to display the ringing time setting interface for each time. The dual programming mode can set two sets of work and rest time programs, with 40 ringing times per set. In the single programming working mode, 80 ringing times can be set, and the operation method is the same. At this moment:
(1) Press the [Hour] key to adjust the hour for each timed ringing;
(2) Press the [minute] key to adjust the minutes for each timed ringing;
(3) Press the [Week] button to adjust the week for each timed bell ringing. At this time, press the [Week] button continuously, and the following will be displayed in sequence: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Day, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Day, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 6, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 6, 1, 2, 3, 5, 5, 6, 5, 5 ... repeatedly looping.
5. Pressing the [Cancel/Restore] button will cancel or restore the ringing setting for that time.
6. The last group "E: 10" represents the duration of the ringtone, which is set to seconds by default. Pressing [hour] and [minute] can adjust it between 1-99 seconds.
7. Press the [Clock] key to return to the clock display state. If no key is pressed for 30 seconds, it will automatically return to the clock display state and the keyboard will lock automatically.
4、 Clock second correction function
After installation and use for a period of time, in order to more accurately and timely grasp and calibrate the accuracy of the clock or to automatically adjust the system when a large clock time error is found, the "clock second correction function" of this chime can be enabled. The specific operation is as follows:
In the clock interface, hold down the [Clock] button and press the [Cancel/Resume] button for more than 2 seconds to enter the second calibration setting state. At this time, press the [Week] button to set the calibration interval time period, ranging from 0 to 7 days (no calibration function when the value is 0);
Press the [Hour] key to set positive/negative correction (e.g. "-2" means the clock automatically slows down by 2 seconds during the set interval period, "2" means the clock automatically speeds up by 2 seconds during the set interval period);
Press the 【 minute 】 key to set the calibration seconds range from 0 to 7 values (there is no calibration function when the value is 0), and the calibration value can be set from 1 to 7 seconds.
5、 When you think there is a malfunction:
When you find that the power supply of this controller is normal (power indicator light is on), but the ringing is abnormal, please sit down and check as follows:
1. Check if the "week" setting for ringing the bell is correct;
2. Check if the ringing time is set correctly each time, and if the extra set times are eliminated. Only when the set time is displayed as "--: --" can it indicate elimination. Do not assume that "00:00" indicates elimination.
3. Check if the 'Auto/Manual' button is manually operated, check the 'On', 'Auto', and 'Off' signs, set them to the current time state, and then return them to the 'Auto' position.
