The UQK-80 series float level switch is suitable for level control and alarm of various open or closed containers in petroleum, chemical, textile printing and dyeing, environmental protection, civil construction, and other industries. The instrument uses multiple floating balls to control multiple control points separately, making the operation more reliable.
The float that floats up and down with the liquid level is equipped with a magnet inside, which detects the opening and closing of the reed switch in the detection tube under the influence of the magnetic field. The reed switch is fixed to each predetermined measured or alarm liquid level, and the guide rod plays a role in guiding the float. The float moves up and down with the guide rod, and the reed switch is turned on when it is in the magnetic field and turned off when it is outside the magnetic field.
