·Scope and Application

QC83-80、 120 and 225 mining explosion-proof electromagnetic starters are suitable for underground coal mines with explosive gases (methane mixtures) and coal dust. They can be used to control the starting or stopping of mining explosion-proof three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motors with corresponding frequency and voltage locally or remotely in a power supply system with AC 50Hz and voltage of 660V or 380V. They can also reverse direction when the controlled motor stops, have voltage loss protection, and use fuse short-circuit protection (QC83-80) or current limiting thermal relays for overload protection (QC83-120, QC83-225).
