The QC815-30 mining explosion-proof electromagnetic starter is used to control three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motors and can be used in environments with explosive hazards such as methane or coal dust in the air, but the surrounding air must not contain active chemicals that damage the metal and insulation.  

The starter can start and stop the motor locally or remotely.  
The starter has voltage loss protection (when the voltage disappears, the starter disconnects the circuit, and when the voltage recovers, it cannot automatically close) and uses a fuse for short-circuit protection.
