ZCR gas emergency shut-off valve is a normally open pulse triggered electromagnetic valve with accident self-locking and manual reset functions.
The ZCR gas emergency shut-off valve adopts a pilot operated valve disc, which is easy to open even when the pressure reaches 6 bar. The diameter is larger than DN125, and a lever handle is used to achieve the purpose of easy and fast opening and closing of the valve. The valve is in a normally open state during daily operation, and the solenoid valve coil is in a power-off state, without consuming electrical energy. When an accident occurs, the valve coil is instantly energized, triggering the valve to quickly close and enter a self-locking state. At this point, even if the power is removed, the valve remains in a self-locking closed state and will not automatically reopen. After the staff have dealt with the accident, the valve will be manually reopened to restore gas supply.
According to customer requirements, normally closed emergency shut-off valves can also be provided for power-off closure.

Connect with the extreme temperature (pressure) safety controller of the thermal equipment. When the temperature or pressure at the detection point inside the device exceeds the set limit value, the gas supply valve will automatically and quickly close, stopping the supply of fuel. ZCR gas emergency shut-off valves are installed in the gas supply network of cities or factories, which can be centrally controlled in the central control room and remotely controlled to urgently shut down the pipeline gas supply at the accident site. Connect with the central fire alarm system of high-rise buildings. When a fire breaks out in Daxia, the gas supply inside the building is automatically cut off to prevent gas explosions. Connect with combustible gas leak monitoring instruments. When the instrument detects a combustible gas leak, it automatically and quickly closes the main gas supply valve, cuts off the gas supply, and promptly prevents the occurrence of malignant accidents.

Please read this manual carefully before use. When storing, all external passages of this valve should be sealed with plugs or cover plates, and stored in a dry and ventilated room. Long term storage should be regularly inspected to eliminate dirt, and anti rust oil should be applied to the processing surface to prevent rusting. This valve must be used correctly. Any damage caused by failure to follow our factory's instructions will be the sole responsibility. Before installation, the valve should be thoroughly cleaned. The valve adopts the principle of check valve and can only cut off in one direction. During installation, attention must be paid to the valve markings, and the end to be protected should be used as the valve inlet. Tighten all threaded connections. Orders must specify the flange sealing surface form and working pressure.
