This product is suitable for installation in pipelines that transport flammable gases such as heating furnace fuel gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and coal mine gas emissions. It is also suitable for civilian gas pipelines to prevent the reverse propagation of flames in the pipeline under abnormal conditions and avoid catastrophic accidents. This product has a safe flame retardant speed of 1425m/s and a maximum flame retardant speed of 1605m/s.

Main features of FPC natural gas flame arrester:
This product is designed and manufactured based on the principle of quenching subsonic or supersonic flames propagating in pipelines using the narrow gap between metal corrugated plates.
The flame arresters produced by our company generally come with matching flanges, and the flange standards are manufactured according to the HG20592-97 standard of the Ministry of Chemical Industry.
The main material is carbon steel made of 20 steel, and the corrugated flame retardant core is made of stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti.
Flame arresters can be installed with pipeline systems or directly connected to regulating valves, breathing valves, and other valves.
After using the flame arrester for a period of time (usually about six months, depending on the cleanliness of the gas), the flame arrester core disk should be cleaned or replaced. To prevent impurities from blocking the flame retardant core disk.
