IR333-A Infrared camera specific infrared emitter tubeDetailed product description:

IR333-A is an infrared optoelectronic product that does not emit visible light. It is a photoelectric component made of semiconductor materials such as GaAs and GaAlAs, encapsulated in epoxy resin on a metal bracket. The wavelength is 940nm, and the output signal is single power type, single channel. Its appearance is similar to that of a light-emitting diode (LED), emitting infrared light (near-infrared light is about 0.93 μ m). The voltage drop of the tube is about 1.4V, and the working current is generally less than 20mA. In order to adapt to different working voltages, finite current resistors are often connected in series in the circuit.
Characteristics
1. High reliability, stable and reliable performance
2. High radiation intensity
3. Peak wavelength λ=mode
4. 2.54mm spacing lead
5. Low forward voltage, good consistency, able to withstand general shocks, and can work continuously for a long time
6. Compact and exquisite in size, easy to operate.
7. Lead free, energy-saving and environmentally friendly
IR333-A (infrared emitter tube) is a high-strength diode shaped in a blue transparent plastic packaging. Phototransistor and photodiode infrared receiver module for equipment spectrum matching. In many circuits, PT333-6B and PT334-6C (infrared receiver tubes) are paired for use.
Application
1. Commercial printers, paper layout sensing
2. Remote control and signal receiving equipment
3. Fire and smoke alarm; Barcode reading device for payment, ticketing, gaming, and vending machine systems
4. Rain and handling sensors for vehicles; Used for general sensing purposes
