Scope and Application

BGP51-10 mining explosion-proof high-voltage vacuum distribution device (hereinafter referred to as the distribution device) is suitable for mines with explosive hazardous gases and coal dust.   
The distribution equipment can be used in conjunction with mobile substations, forming the high and low voltage sides of the mobile substation separately with the low voltage protection box of BXB4800/1140 produced by our factory.  
The power distribution equipment is divided into several forms: A, B, and C (used independently or in combination). Therefore, it has multiple usage scenarios and purposes.  

Main features of BGP51-10KV series explosion-proof high-voltage vacuum distribution equipment for mining use

1. The power distribution equipment adopts advanced microcomputer technology, with full Chinese display. The power distribution equipment protector (hereinafter referred to as the protector) uses an 8-bit microprocessor. Advanced protection methods for high-precision acquisition and processing, with high protection accuracy and fast response speed;
2. The power supply loses voltage, and the AC electromagnet of the circuit breaker is in the released state, thus locking the circuit breaker and preventing it from closing.
3. Multi functional digital protection, external switch for adjusting and querying protection parameters; Full Chinese LCD display; All functions are clearly visible;
4. Protect the system from overload, short circuit, phase failure, leakage, insulation monitoring, overvoltage, undervoltage and other faults with low-voltage side faults;
5. Capable of R485 communication function;
6. Zero sequence power directional type and zero sequence current protection;
7. When the setting button is running normally, pressing it does not work (to prevent non professionals from setting it). Only after the password is released can the corresponding content be adjusted. When adjusting, adding "__" for a single cycle is considered to disable this function, mainly used for testing.
