YZH-BX2 double head self-priming filling machine is a new type of double head liquid filling machine developed by introducing advanced filling technology from the United States. It is suitable for quantitative filling of water, oil and lotion, especially for foaming materials. Adopting PLC control and self-priming feeding method, the material can be directly sucked from the storage bucket, and can be filled by submersible filling, with convenient and fast adjustment of filling volume. The biggest advantage of this machine is that it can be equipped with two different types of quantitative pumps with different filling ranges. The filling head and quantitative pump are installed in a suspended and fixed manner, making replacement quick and disassembly and cleaning extremely simple.
This machine is a desktop computer, so it has a compact structure, light weight, and can be equipped with a stand. Due to the ability to configure quantitative pumps of different capacities, its filling range is wider than other models.
