Purpose:
The HT-40 piston pressure gauge can be used as a pressure or pressure reducing measuring instrument when connected to a pressure gauge. Our company produces YJB-1500/2500 compensating micro pressure gauges, which should be used in combination with piston pressure gauges when used as standard pressure sources. After pressurization, when the liquid level changes and causes the tip of the level head to separate from its reflection, a dedicated pressure regulator must be used to adjust the pressure so that the tip of the reflection is connected to the base point of the micro pressure gauge reading. When using a piston type pressure gauge, rotate the pressure regulator handle in the opposite direction to create a certain pressure space, then adjust the base point of the compensating micro pressure gauge without load, connect the rubber hose, and when the compensating micro pressure gauge is pressurized to the specified pressure, observe the reflective mirror part, and slowly rotate the pressure regulator handle to make the level head connect with the reflection.

When using a piston type pressure gauge with a compensating micro pressure gauge, connect it with a Φ 6 rubber hose and a tee joint. Connect the other two ends of the tee to the compensating micro pressure gauge with a green stethoscope tube on one end, and connect the other end of the tee to the measured pressure gauge. If it is a double tube type, use two rubber hoses to connect compensating micro pressure gauges and pressure measuring components respectively.

Before use, unscrew the pressure gauge screw a certain distance, connect the hose, and when applying pressure, rotate clockwise to increase positive pressure and counterclockwise to decrease pressure, also known as adding negative pressure.
