The WXD3-12/2 (dual) multi turn wire wound potentiometer is suitable for precise adjustment of DC or low-frequency voltage and current in telecommunications, electrical, electronic instruments and equipment.

2. The potentiometer has a nominal power of 1W and a maximum operating voltage of 160V (DC or AC RMS).
The nominal total resistance range of the potentiometer is 47 Ω~22K Ω, and its resistance series is according to Table 2 (i.e. E12 series). The total resistance error is ± 5% and ± 10%.

The linear accuracy of potentiometers is divided into ± 0.2%, ± 0.3%, ± 0.5%, and ± 1%.

1. Electrical strength: withstand 750V (50HZ AC effective value) for 1 minute without breakdown or flying fox phenomenon;
2. Insulation resistance: pre tide ≥ 200M Ω, post tide ≥ 20M Ω;
3. Rotation torque: 50~500gf.cm, torque ratio of 1:3;
4. Wear resistance level: Level 3 for 10000 weeks, Level 4 for 5000 weeks;
5. Constant tidal heat: 40 ± 2 ℃, relative humidity 93 ± 3%, after 96 hours, Δ R/R does not exceed ± 1%;
6. Electrical load: After 48 hours of rated power load, Δ R/R shall not exceed 1%.
