Structure
The SDY-1 hydraulic press consists of three parts: bed body, hydraulic station, and electrical control.
1. Bed: The bed is the main part of the hydraulic press, consisting of an upper foundation seat, a lower foundation seat, supporting columns, oil cylinders, a moving worktable, and lifting and moving oil cylinders.
2. Hydraulic station: The hydraulic station is the power source for the operation of the hydraulic press. When the equipment starts working, it applies pressure and displays the working pressure through a pressure gauge. If the working pressure is less than 25Mpa, it can be adjusted to the normal working pressure through a pressure regulating valve.
This hydraulic station has three functions: a. It is controlled by solenoid valve ① to push out and retract the main oil cylinder of the hydraulic press; B is controlled by solenoid valve ② to lift and lower the workbench; The worktable is controlled by an electromagnetic valve to move forward and backward.
3. Electrical control: Electrical control is the operation platform that controls the operation of the hydraulic press, used to control the three actions achieved through solenoid valves and the specified movement position of the workbench.
