Pushing viscosity during normal operation: 15-400cST
If the valve is equipped with an oil damper, the viscosity range must be 15-200cST.
Pushing oil can use any of the following hydraulic fluids.
Petroleum based oil: Use oil equivalent to ISO VG32 or G46.
Synthetic solution: Use phosphate ester solution or polyol ester solution. When using phosphate ester solution, please seal it with special fluorine rubber.
Water containing liquid: Use water ethylene glycol solution.
Working oil temperature: The temperature for continuous operation is -15-+70. C。
Pollution control should pay attention to controlling the contamination of hydraulic oil, otherwise it may cause damage to the valve or shorten its service life.
Please maintain a pollution level of NAS 1638-12 and use a 25 μ m or more precision pipeline oil filter.
The assembly steps should be carried out in a clean environment and follow the following steps to ensure that the installation surface of the valve is clean and free of dust or external dirt.
Screw all the double headed bolts into the screw holes on the installation surfaces of the specified base plate, bottom plate, and pipe plate.
According to the hydraulic circuit stacking valve and battery reversing valve, place the installation surface with the O-ring facing the base plate. Before inserting the stacking valve into the bolt, ensure that
The arrangement of the holes in the stacking valve is correct.
Stack the two ends of the stacked valve.
Screw the nut onto the bolt and tighten it with the specified torque. After testing, the nut must be re tightened within the specified torque range to achieve sufficient preload.
