1、 Characteristics of XGB18-135 Vortex Air Pump:
The impeller of a vortex pump is composed of dozens of blades. It is similar to the impeller of a large gas turbine. When the vortex air pump rotates, the air in the middle of the impeller blades is subjected to centrifugal force and moves towards the edge of the impeller. There, the air enters the annular cavity of the pump body and then returns to the impeller, circulating again in the same way from the starting point of the blades. The circulating airflow generated by the rotation of the impeller leaves the air pump with extremely high energy for use (the pressure it generates is 12-17 times that of a centrifuge with the same speed and diameter). The vortex air pump uses a dedicated motor, which is compact in structure, small in size, light in weight, low in noise, and does not require a variable speed device. The air source sent out is free of water and oil. The maximum pressure of this pump is 18Kpa, and the flow rate is 135m3/h. It is the air pump with the smallest pressure and flow rate in our company.
