GWZ-3.6 Outdoor DC Isolation Switch

a. GWZ-3.6 outdoor DC isolation switch is a new type of isolation switch developed by our company for urban underground railways and urban light rails. It is used for breaking and closing voltage free circuits in subway electric locomotives and urban light rail DC 3600V and below power lines.
b. This type of DC isolation switch has a novel structure and reliable performance.
c. The main electrical part of this type of DC isolation switch adopts a plug-in type with self-cleaning function. The contact fingers of the movable contact parts are made of special materials with high strength, high elasticity, and high conductivity, overcoming the disadvantages of traditional switches that use springs to press the contacts and fingers, which are prone to heat generation and reduce the clamping force of the fingers during operation, ensuring that the fingers always maintain good working condition.
d. The rotating friction part of the transmission part of this type of DC isolation switch adopts oil-free self-lubricating bearings to ensure easy and flexible operation, reduce wear, and extend service life.
e. All black metal parts of this type of DC isolation switch are treated with vacuum powder zinc infiltration technology and then coated with protective paint for dual protection, which has strong anti pollution and anti-corrosion capabilities.

Main structure of the product
a. The GWZ-3.6 DC isolation switch is a single pole type, consisting of the isolation switch body, CS manual operating mechanism, and accessories.
b. This isolation switch is opened vertically, with a break and a distance to ground of not less than 200mm.
c. This isolation switch consists of a base channel steel, a post insulator, an operating insulator terminal block, a conductive rod, contacts, and contact fingers.
Environmental conditions for use
a. Altitude: not exceeding 2000 meters.
b. Surrounding air temperature: -30 ℃+40 ℃.
c. The wind speed shall not exceed 35m/s.
d. There are no obvious pollution sites such as severe dust, pollution, explosive and flammable substances, and chemical corrosion.
e. No places with frequent and severe vibrations.
