The GW4B-12 (W) outdoor high-voltage isolation switch breaks the traditional structure of similar products in the design and manufacturing process. Its conductive contacts are made of a new type of special material, and the conductive contacts are self operated. The traditional high-voltage isolation switch's conductive contacts are compressed by a spring, which often reduces the clamping force of the contacts due to the heating of the spring during operation, forming a vicious cycle. The self operated contacts can effectively exhaust this situation and keep the contacts in good working condition. The rotating part of the conductive contact blade adopts a stainless steel shaft and oil-free lubricated bearing structure to ensure lightweight and flexibility, and there will be no jamming phenomenon. Main structure of the product
a. GW4B-12 (W) type isolating switch is a three-phase linkage type, equipped with CS11 type manual operating mechanism. Two post insulators are fixed on the bearing seats at both ends of the base, connected by joints and connecting rods. When rotating horizontally, one post insulator is rotated, while the other post insulator is pulled to rotate in the opposite direction, causing the contact blade to separate or close. The rotation angle of the post insulator is about 90 °. When the three are connected, the poles are linked by connecting rods. The creepage distance of the post insulator used in the isolation switch is ≥ 31mm/kv.
b. The operating mechanism consists of an operating handle, a base, an auxiliary switch, a cover, and a positioning locking device. The operating handle rotates 90 degrees. Equipped with F6 auxiliary switch, it is used to transmit the "open" and "close" signals of the main switch and the electrical interlocking information between the isolation switch and the circuit breaker.
c. The black metal components in the isolation switch and manual operating mechanism are both treated with hot-dip galvanizing or vacuum powder galvanizing technology to prevent corrosion.
