The IGP type internal gear pump is suitable for applications that require low noise, high pressure, smooth operation, and compact structure, such as plastic injection molding machines, blow molding machines, rubber vulcanizing machines, bending machines, shearing machines, and also used in lifting machinery such as servos, deck cranes, and public vehicle loading and unloading and lifting.

Principle characteristics
When the internal meshing gear pair rotates, the oil is sucked into the cavity between the pump housing and the internal and external gears. The large and small crescent blocks and meshing teeth are always closed in the circumferential direction due to the action of the spring plate, and the support disk forms a nearly gapless seal in the axial direction. As a result, the volume loss of the pump is minimized, and the sucked oil enters the high pressure between the teeth through the tooth tip and is sprayed out. The internal meshing gear pair, sliding bearings, and automatic axial and radial compensation ensure the maximum characteristics of high pressure, low pulsation, light noise, and tight structure of the pump.
