Usage environment:

3. There should be no areas around the product where gas vapor, chemical deposits of dust, dirt, or other explosive media can seriously affect the insulation of transformers.

Usage
1. The instrument must have a good grounding.
2. Connect the power supply, turn on the switch, the red indicator light is on, and the current converter is waiting for the current to rise.
3. Rotate the voltage regulator evenly clockwise, paying attention to the output current indication on the control panel until the required high current is reached.
During the experiment, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, the power should be immediately cut off, and the cause should be identified before conducting the test.
5. After the test is completed, the voltage regulator must be reset to zero, the power supply must be cut off by pressing the air switch, the working power supply must be cut off, and the test wiring must be removed to ensure safety.

Precautions for use
When newly installed or not used for a long time, measure the insulation resistance between coils and between coils and ground with a 1500 megohmmeter before operation. Only when the resistance value is not less than 0.5 megohms can it be used. 2. The use of intermediate current transformers and operation consoles must be reliably grounded to ensure safety.
3. When using, the flow should be slowly and evenly raised, and excessive vibration should be avoided during transportation.
4. The contact surface between the voltage regulator and the electric brush should be kept clean, and wiped clean with 90% alcohol dipped cotton yarn depending on the situation.
5. This equipment should be kept clean, ventilated, dry, and stored indoors.
