The IRT-2000 dual color infrared thermometer has a visual optical aiming system for temperature measurement of high-temperature objects whose emissivity cannot be determined; Temperature detection and control of coke ovens, hot air stoves, casting, welding, forging, induction heating, sintering, annealing, and other processes in the metallurgical industry. In situations where non-contact and rapid temperature measurement is required, such as measuring the temperature of small-sized, moving high-temperature objects. Breaking away from the dependence on infrared measurement in infrared temperature measurement technology, the instrument has high measurement accuracy and good repeatability. Compared with monochrome thermometers, dual color infrared thermometers can perform effective and accurate measurements under the following conditions,
(1) The measurement field of view to the target is partially obstructed, such as dust, smoke, water vapor, etc. between the instrument and the target;
(2) The measured target is smaller than the field of view of the thermometer, such as measuring the temperature of wire or rod in the metallurgical industry;
(3) When the target emissivity is low and the variation is the same at two wavelengths.
