working principle
The HCJ-9201 insulation oil dielectric strength tester adopts an AC reversible motor voltage regulator to automatically and uniformly boost the voltage. When the oil is broken down, the protection system automatically cuts off the circuit. The discharge spark is small during breakdown, and there is no obvious free carbon production. It has been tested continuously for six times with low dispersion and does not require stirring between electrodes. The oil cup is placed in a closed glass cover with an interlocking device. Opening the cup cover can automatically cut off the high-voltage circuit without storing any charge, ensuring personal safety.
