The DXY-1 borehole orienter is a small instrument used to measure the rotation offset angle of boreholes. It can be widely applied in the fields of engineering, hydrology, hydropower, coal mining, metallurgy, oil fields, geology, and other logging fields for borehole orientation.

The instrument utilizes the principle of heavy hammer and adopts non electric measurement method to directly read on the ground through a three core cable, providing drilling offset parameters. It is suitable for magnetic or non-magnetic drilling with a diameter greater than Ø 46mm, and is used for directional and measurement of engineering holes, directional holes and other projects.
