The temperature sensor selected for the STS type intelligent temperature transmitter is a high-precision PT100 thermistor as the sensing signal source. The advanced digital technology of intelligent microprocessor is adopted internally, which eliminates the adjustment of traditional movable parts, making the digital temperature transmitter have a longer service life and a number of advanced performances that traditional analog instruments do not have. LCD digital display avoids errors caused by analog display instruments during the reading process. The application of digital technology has completely overcome the disadvantage of poor linearity in traditional temperature transmitters. Many advanced technologies such as digital calibration and automatic compensation for temperature drift are used internally, and the zeroing of display values can be completed by simply pressing buttons on the panel. This temperature transmitter adopts a low-power processing module, which converts voltage changes through signal processing circuits and ultimately converts them into standard (4-20) mA signals or pulse signals for output.
