The JDS-1 electromagnetic suction cup is a quick disassembly tool designed and manufactured by our company based on the disassembly requirements of the HXD3 electric locomotive wheelset bearing retaining ring at Nanjing East Locomotive Depot. This tool consists of an electromagnetic suction cup, a rectifier controller, a wire winding disc, a suction cup lifting mechanism, and a mobile car. The electromagnetic suction cup and rectifier controller are carried on a mobile car and can be moved with the car to any working point on the dismantling site. They can be used after being powered on.

1. The JDS-1 electromagnetic suction cup consists of a suction sleeve and a magnetized suction cup. Two handles are installed on the suction cup for operators to operate and use flexibly from a distance.
2. For the convenience of operation, a suction cup lifting mechanism is specially set up, which can adjust the center height of the electromagnetic suction cup according to the center height of the workpiece.
3. After modification, one end of the wire winding is connected to the rectifier controller and the other end is connected to the electromagnetic suction cup. The length of the wire is 20 meters. When using an electromagnetic suction cup, it can be operated away from the power access point.
4. The rectifier controller consists of low-voltage electrical appliances and a chassis. Its function is to rectify 380V AC power into 24V DC safe voltage, playing a role in control, magnetization, and demagnetization.
