The BC-BJB transformer neutral point gap protection device is specifically designed for the neutral points of 110KV, 220KV, and 330KV power transformers to achieve two different operating modes: grounded or ungrounded operation of the transformer neutral point.

Terms of Use
1. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
2. Environmental temperature: not lower than -40 ℃, not higher than 60 ℃; Relative humidity: not exceeding 95% (25 ℃).
3. The altitude should not exceed 3000m, and if it exceeds 3000m, it can be customized according to the actual situation.
4. Areas with seismic intensity of 7 degrees or below; The maximum wind speed shall not exceed 35m/s.
5. Grid frequency: 58-62Hz (60Hz system), 48-52Hz (50Hz system).
6. The air in the installation site should not contain chemical corrosive gases and vapors, and there should be no explosive dust.
Installation requirements
1. The equipment can be lifted using the four mounting holes on the base, and the lifting rope should not be tied to the porcelain column to prevent damage to the equipment.
2. The channel steel bracket for fixing the operating mechanism and the steel pipe from the operating mechanism to the conductive rod shaft of the isolation switch are not within the scope of supply of this device. All are made on site by the installation unit, and the length and size are determined on site.
3. The equipment should be reliably grounded.
4. The appearance and dimensions of the product shall be subject to the actual supply.
5. The installation of the isolation switch can refer to the installation instructions for the GW8 or GW13 series neutral point isolation switch in the attachment.
Instructions for Use
1. The neutral point current transformer of the transformer is generally installed on the transformer outlet bushing and is not included in this device. The wiring diagram of this device is shown in the figure.
When placing an order, the rated voltage of the transformer, the transformation ratio of the current transformer, the rated current of the isolation switch, the form of the operating mechanism, and the rated voltage of the zinc oxide lightning arrester should be informed. When not specifically specified, delivery will be made according to the technical data standard configuration in this manual.
3. The secondary side of the current transformer has two secondary stages of 0.5/10P. For measurement and protection purposes. When not in use, it should be short circuited.
4. The cross-sectional area and type of the wire connected to the neutral point of the transformer are determined by the user based on the actual current.
