The sensor of the 3151M intelligent transmitter is a high-precision miniaturized intelligent sensor produced using advanced foreign technology. In terms of conversion principle, an isolated digital capacitor circuit is used instead of an analog signal amplification circuit and an A/D conversion circuit. Digital compensation technology is used to compensate for temperature and static pressure, improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. It has the characteristics of good long-term stability, high reliability, and strong self diagnostic ability.

The 3151M intelligent transmitter is suitable for measuring the flow rate, liquid level, and pressure (differential pressure, gauge pressure, absolute pressure) of liquid, gas, and vapor media.

This makes the 3151M series intelligent transmitter a widely used high-precision intelligent transmitter. This transmitter can be operated for testing, configuration, calibration, and other functions through the HKS-C100A configuration/debugging tool or the HK-HART375 handheld controller, and is also compatible with the ROSEMUNT375 handheld controller. The transmitter can be debugged from the control room through a handheld device or debugging equipment, or the zero and range magnetic buttons on the top of the transmitter can be used for on-site range adjustment.
