The TX100/200 series adjustable depth insertion turbine flowmeter uses ruby bearings and drag free Hall effect sensors to achieve a wide flow rate range and long lifespan. The sensor installed in the main body of the turbine flowmeter detects the passage of micro magnets inside the rotor rotor rotor blades, with the magnets located in 2 or 4 blades. The generated square wave signal can be transmitted from the turbine flowmeter to hundreds of meters away through unshielded cables without the need for a transmitter. The square wave signal can be directly sent to PLC or other controllers, or converted using a non display 4-20mA converter or flow rate and total flow display.
The TX100/200 series adjustable depth insertion turbine flowmeter adopts a modular and universal design, with a current pulse output that can be combined with appropriate transmitters or indicators according to the application. When displaying flow rate and total flow rate, FT415 or FT420 can be directly installed on the TX100/200 adjustable depth insertion turbine flowmeter, or installed on a convenient wall. As long as the 4-20mA analog output is available, the A055 non display 4-20mA converter can be directly installed on the turbine flowmeter or installed on a nearby wall. If the TX100/200 series adjustable depth insertion turbine flowmeter is used together with a programmable controller, the output signal can be directly fed without any other conditions.
The installation joint of TX100/200 series adjustable depth insertion turbine flowmeter is a standard 1-1/2 "male thread NPT, which can be directly screwed into ordinary saddle shaped joints or threaded welded joints. The deep adjustment system is designed in an integrated manner with the turbine flowmeter, using two basic size specifications for pipe diameters ranging from 3 "to 48".
TX115/215 "hot tapping" type with isolation valve, can install or maintain sensors under working pressure without closing the pipeline.
