(1) Structure of BFDG7M41HR Pipe Force Valve: This valve consists of upper and lower carbon steel valve bodies, rubber pipe sleeves, large and small valve stems and gate plates, upper and lower guide columns, and other components.
(2) The working principle of the BFDG7M41HR pipe force valve is that when the steering wheel is turned clockwise, the large and small valve stems simultaneously drive the upper and lower cutting plates, compress the pipe sleeve, and close them, and vice versa to open them. In this way, the gate valve reciprocates up and down between the guide columns to complete the valve opening and closing work. In some working conditions with a lot of sediment and debris (such as the water quality of the Yellow River, sewage treatment system, etc.), the valve control pipeline is prone to blockage, leading to valve failure; Large debris can easily get the valve plate stuck, leading to poor sealing of the valve; There are also some special working conditions where the water hammer is very large when the valve is opened and closed, resulting in a loud noise when the valve is opened and closed, and even causing accidents. Through the fluid design of the valve, a straight flow channel is formed, which has low energy consumption, stable operation, and good sealing effect. It combines the functions of an electric gate valve, an electric butterfly valve, and a check valve. By improving the fast closing time, it can better eliminate water hammer hazards and protect the safety of water pumps and pipeline systems. Pipe force valves are mainly used for the outlet pipelines of centrifugal pumps, mixed flow pumps, and axial flow pumps in automated water supply and drainage pump stations. They are designed with two types of control devices: piston type and diaphragm type, which can be respectively applied to clean water, raw water media, and sewage, slurry water media; Real time feedback on the online operation of valves can be provided through auxiliary components, achieving automatic control and remote detection functions for distance conveying projects; In terms of product types, the company has developed five specifications including ordinary type, low pressure return type, and sewage type to meet the needs of different customers and working conditions.
