1) Main purpose and scope of application
Suitable for mining production environments with explosive mixtures (methane mixtures) and coal dust, it can be used in conjunction with various specialized mechanical and electrical equipment for mining winches, such as mining explosion-proof soft starters, mining explosion-proof frequency converters, etc., to achieve various control requirements and functions for mining winches.
This system is equipped with various specialized protection devices for mining winches, such as speed measurement, cable pulling, track dropping, cable breaking, over winding, cable breaking, etc. In addition, it comes with built-in motor current display, belt speed display, cable alignment indication, fault indication, and equipment operation indication, which can meet various monitoring and protection requirements for mining winches.
