GFW15 Mining wind speed sensorDetailed product description:

The GFW15 mining wind speed sensor (hereinafter referred to as the sensor) is mainly used for detecting wind speed and volume in various tunnels, air vents, fans, wellheads, and other places underground in coal mines to ensure safe production of coal mines.
Environmental conditions for the use of GFW15 mining wind speed sensor
The sensor should operate normally in the following environments:
a) Temperature: 0 ℃~40 ℃;
b) Relative humidity: ≤ 98% RH;
c) Atmospheric pressure: 80kPa to 116kPa;
d) In situations where there is no significant vibration, impact, or water splashing;
e) There are explosive gas mixtures underground in coal mines, but there are no corrosive gases that can damage insulation.
f) Storage temperature: -40 ℃ to+60 ℃
Dimensions (length x width x height): 255mm x 120mm x 35mm.
Main technical parameters of GFW15 mining wind speed sensor
Explosion proof form: Exib I Mb (mining intrinsic safety type).
Measurement range: wind speed 0.4-15m/s;
The air volume ranges from 0.0 to 600m3/s.
Tunnel cross-sectional area: less than 40.0m2 (arbitrarily set).
Basic error: less than ± 0.3m/s.
Repetitive error: Reading value ± 1%.
Output signal format: a) Current DC 1-5mA (load resistance 0 Ω~ 500 Ω);
b) Frequency 200-1000Hz; pulse width greater than 0.3ms, pulse amplitude: high-level state input
Output voltage ≥ 3V (when pulling out current of 2mA); Low level state: Output voltage ≤ 0.5V.
Display: Four digit LED on-site display of wind speed, air volume, and setting status;
The set value of tunnel cross-sectional area is displayed on site.
Alarm method: The red light flashes, the buzzer beeps, and the alarm error is ≤± 0.3.
Input power supply: Operating voltage: 18V DC (intrinsic safety);
Voltage fluctuation range: DC12-24V;
Working current: not exceeding 100mA (intrinsic safety).
Display mode: 4-digit digital display, the first digit displays the function, and the last three digits display the wind speed.
