GEDH20 Mining nitrogen dioxide sensorDetailed product description:

The GEDH20 mining nitrogen dioxide sensor (hereinafter referred to as the sensor) is a high-precision instrument for continuously detecting the concentration of nitrogen dioxide in mines. Sensors can measure and display the concentration of nitrogen dioxide in the mine in real time, and generate sound and light alarm signals based on the concentration value, and output analog signals corresponding to the concentration of nitrogen dioxide. The installation of sensors plays a significant role in monitoring the working environment of underground workers and ensuring the normal operation of underground work. In addition to being used in conjunction with our KJ70N coal mine monitoring system, the sensor can also be compatible with other coal mine monitoring systems; It can also be independently used in various mining fire monitoring systems.
Environmental requirements for the use of GEDH20 mining nitrogen dioxide sensor
The environmental conditions required for the sensor to function properly are:
a) Environmental temperature: 0 ℃ to+40 ℃;
b) Humidity: ≤ 98% RH;
c) Atmospheric pressure: 80 kPa to 110 kPa;
3.2d) In situations where there is no significant vibration, impact, or water splashing;
e) Wind speed: (0-8) m/s;
f) There is an explosive gas mixture of methane in coal mines, but there is no corrosive gas that can damage insulation.
Main technical indicators of GEDH20 mining nitrogen dioxide sensor
1. Rated working voltage: 18 V.DC
2. Working current: ≤ 100 mA
3 Sensor output signals:
3.1 Output frequency analog signal:
a) Frequency range of 200 Hz to 1000 Hz;
b) The positive and negative pulse widths must not be less than 0.3 ms throughout the entire frequency range.
c) The active output high-level voltage should not be less than 3 V (when the output current is 2 mA), and the active output low-level voltage should not exceed 0.5 V (when the output current is 2 mA);
3.2 Output current signal:
a) Current range: 1 mA to 5 mA or 4 mA to 20 mA;
b) Load: Output 1 mA to 5 mA at DC 18V, load 0 to 1000 Ω; When the DC voltage is 18V, the output is 4-20mA and the load is 0-250 Ω.
Response time: no more than 45 seconds.
When the transmission distance is 2 km, the basic error of the sensor should not exceed the requirement of 5.5. (Using coal mine polyethylene insulated polyvinyl chloride sheathed communication flexible cable MHYVR: distributed resistance ≤ 12.8 Ω/Km, distributed capacitance ≤ 0.06 μ F/Km, distributed inductance ≤ 0.8 mH/Km, single core wire diameter cross-sectional area not less than 1.5 mm2).
