The GK-61 series photoelectric correction controller adds an adjustable correction response speed function to the GK3 and GK4 photoelectric correction controllers, which can reduce excessive vibration of the correction motor during single eye correction. This correction controller can correct various types of rolls, such as roll paper film, metal foil, non-woven fabric, woven fabric, etc. According to the different printing patterns of the correction material, the edge and line following methods can be selected, and single or double eye detection can be freely set. The correction execution motor is a permanent magnet low-speed synchronous motor. Users can choose ball screws or ordinary screws according to their own requirements, so that the correction driving stroke is strictly proportional to the offset of the coil. This product is mainly used in industries such as printing and packaging, papermaking, film, and textiles where it is necessary to control the edge of the roll to be neat.
