The ZX18V series of new resistor components are assembled into resistors, which operate safely and reliably. They have large capacity, good heat dissipation, small appearance and volume, and each box of resistors can be assembled with two layers. Corrosion resistance, no inductance, no contact resistance, stable resistance value. Small error, less prone to dust accumulation, and long service life.

Installation and maintenance
The ZX18V series resistors are made according to the national standard for appearance and installation dimensions, as shown in Table 6-1, 6-2, 6-3. The resistor cabinet is shown in Figures 6-4, 6-5, so it can be stacked with other resistors. Each box of resistors has a grounding screw, and the grounding wire should be fastened to the grounding screw during installation to ensure safety. During the use of resistors, regular inspections should be carried out to remove dust from the resistors and check for loose nuts on the connection terminals of the resistor components. Once this occurs, immediate measures should be taken to remove it, otherwise it may cause damage to the wiring terminals and lead to accidents.
The ZX18V derivative series resistors are particularly suitable for high-voltage center grounding resistors in power systems, braking resistors in variable frequency speed regulation of lifting equipment, external resistors for stator voltage regulation and speed regulation of motor rotors, and are suitable for high-power, high current motors or braking resistors.
