The GHZ644H dry ash gate valve has an inlet channel and a discharge channel on the valve body, and a gate plate inside the valve body. The gate plate is connected to the gate plate lifting and closing mechanism. There is a cavity in the upper part of the discharge channel near the gate plate that communicates with the gate plate chamber. Its special feature is that there is a rib plate between the gate plate and the discharge channel, and a slag discharge port in the gate plate chamber is located at the upper part of the rib plate. Mainly used in pneumatic conveying systems for dry ash, fly ash, cement, and other materials in thermal power plants.
