1. Purpose
The XW-800 transmitter consists of a piezoresistive sensor and a signal conversion module. The core component of the sensor is a single crystal silicon wafer, and when the silicon wafer is compressed, its resistivity changes. By diffusing four resistors on a silicon wafer through semiconductor planar crafts, they are connected to form a Stone bridge. Under constant current, a voltage signal proportional to the pressure signal can be output. The signal conversion module processes the voltage signal of the sensor and converts it into a 4-20mA standard signal.
The XW-800 pressure transmitter can be used to measure parameters such as pressure and liquid level of fluids (liquids, gases, and vapors), and convert sub measurement signals into 4-20mA standard electrical signals for output. This output can be used as an input signal for indicators, recording, and regulators. The SH2188 pressure transmitter has the advantages of small size, light weight, high accuracy, and low price, and is equipped with an on-site indicator meter. Zero point migration, range expansion and other functions, can be intrinsically safe and explosion-proof, with all functions of industrial pressure transmitters.
