The TNSJA series oil immersed induction contactless voltage regulator consists of a regulating transformer TS (including oil tank, stator, rotor cover, transmission control motor M, handwheel mechanism, and control circuit board regulating control secondary circuit components). Through the coupling of electric motors or handwheel mechanisms and gears, the rotational voltage regulation is achieved within a range of 180 º. Electrical and mechanical limits are installed on the upper end of the fuel tank, with the electrical limit being cut off by a travel switch to cut off the power supply to the motor, and the mechanical limit being blocked by protective bolts to block its rotational limit. The stator winding and rotor winding are fixed by a bottom bracket and placed in an oil tank containing 10 # transformer oil. When heat is generated by the load, it is cooled by oil immersion and dissipated through heat dissipation pipes. Equipped with phase mismatch, phase loss, overpressure, and overcurrent protection; The main circuit has the characteristics of non-contact adjustment, no mechanical wear, no spark generation, no interference effect, and low failure rate; Moreover, it has the advantages of strong impact resistance, extremely strong instantaneous overload capacity, long service life, and no maintenance required.
