The iron core of the QKS series starter reactor is made of high-quality imported silicon steel sheets, and the core columns are divided into uniform small sections through multiple air gaps. The air gaps are isolated by epoxy plates and high-temperature high-strength adhesives are used to ensure that the air gaps do not change during the operation of the reactor.
The end face of the iron core is made of high-quality silicon steel sheet end face adhesive, which firmly binds the silicon steel sheets together, greatly reducing the noise during operation and having good corrosion resistance. The coil has a wound structure, and the main insulation of the coil is made of glass fiber impregnated with epoxy resin. After hot drying and curing, it is immersed in high-temperature resistant insulation paint under vacuum. This coil not only has good insulation performance, but also high mechanical strength, and can withstand high current impact and cold and hot impact during motor start-up without cracking.

QKS series starting reactor usage conditions

1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters.
The operating environment temperature ranges from -25 ℃ to+45 ℃.
3. Installed indoors without severe vibration, any harmful gases or dust, and no flammable or explosive materials.
When the starting time reaches 2 minutes (the sum of one or several times), it should be cooled for 6 hours before starting again.
