The NLL series distribution bolt type aluminum alloy tension clamp and insulation cover are suitable for 10kV and below overhead lines, power plants, and substations. The overhead insulated aluminum wire or bare aluminum wire is fixed on the insulator of the tension pole at the corner or terminal to fix or tighten the overhead wire. When used for insulated wire, an insulation cover is added to provide insulation protection.
Due to the use of non hysteresis high-strength aluminum alloy materials and heat treatment processes, the product has the advantages of high strength and low line loss, making it an energy-saving fitting worth promoting. Our company has developed the NLL-J series of improved high grip products with self tightening function at the request of users, which can meet the grip requirements for non stripping installation of insulated wires.
