CXL type marine small centrifugal ventilator
1. Purpose
The CXL system is equipped with small centrifugal fans for ships, which can transport air, including marine air containing salt spray and corrosive air containing oil mist. ª¥

The CXL series marine small centrifugal ventilator is suitable for ventilation and air exchange in kitchens, toilets, bulkheads, public places, conference rooms, and other compartments on military and civilian ships, as well as suitable locations in onshore chemical, metallurgical, and other departments. ª¥

If equipped with explosion-proof motors, this series of fans can transport flammable and explosive mixed gases or vapors, and can work safely and normally in "hazardous areas". ª¥
The CXL series marine small centrifugal fan is equipped with AO2-H marine three-phase miniature asynchronous motor, suitable for places with 380/220V 50Hz or 440V 60Hz. (For individual YH series motors, there is no 220V electrical system or 3-phase wiring.)
2. Applicable standards
2.1 Comply with the manufacturing, technical requirements, testing and acceptance of GB11799-89 "Explosion proof Centrifugal Ventilators for Ships".
2.2 Comply with the relevant provisions of the current "Classification and Construction Code for Steel Ships" of China Classification Society.
2.3 Comply with the relevant provisions of the "Code for Ship Construction of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Navy".

5 Working principle and structural form
The CXL series marine small centrifugal fan is a novel high-performance energy-saving fan, which basically uses AO2-H marine three-phase miniature asynchronous motors. The fan impeller is composed of strong forward multi blade blades, and gas enters the blade channel from the axial direction, generating energy under the action of centrifugal force. The gas is compressed and input into the pipeline from the radial direction.
The CXL fan is a horizontal, electric motor direct connection structure, and can also be made into a vertical structure.
The impeller, casing, and air inlet of this series of fans are made of 1cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. The impeller is riveted, and the casing and air inlet are both welded structures.
There is an air intake grille inside the air inlet, which can prevent debris, paper, etc. from entering the ventilation fan when there is no air duct in use.
The impeller must undergo static and dynamic balance correction (using the weighting method).
The ventilation fan can be made into two types: reverse (left turn) or forward (right turn).
Reverse Turn (Left Turn) - Looking from the motor end, the impeller rotates counterclockwise, indicated by "L".
Turn clockwise (right turn) - from the motor end, the impeller rotates clockwise, indicated by "R".
The position of the air outlet of the ventilation fan is made into the following basic forms according to the rotation direction of the impeller. According to user needs, the position of the air outlet can be changed in other forms such as 30 ¡ã or 22.5 ¡ã. 6. Use and Maintenance
6.1 CXL type fan, whose airflow enters from the axial direction and is discharged radially after the impeller works, can be used in reverse (left turn) or forward (right turn) direction.
If there is collision, friction, excessive noise or significant vibration, it should be considered that the fan is not working properly and should be checked before restarting.
6.3 The ventilation fan should be protected from impact, and foreign objects and liquids are not allowed to enter the fan.
6.4 Dust accumulation on the impeller blades should be promptly eliminated to avoid affecting balance and increasing noise.
