The CWZ series of small axial flow ventilators for ships (hereinafter referred to as "ventilators") can be used for ventilation and air exchange in kitchens, toilets, bulkheads, public places, conference rooms, and other suitable occasions on various military and civilian ships.

2、 Characteristics
The CWZ series of small axial flow fans for ships are designed using the variable circulation method. According to the parameters of the ventilation fan, a reasonable variable circulation coefficient is selected, and the characteristic velocity and length of each blade section are reasonably allocated. The ventilation fan has the characteristics of low noise, small size, light weight, and stable performance.
In the design and manufacturing process of ventilation fans, special requirements for ship use are fully considered: the impeller undergoes strict dynamic balance correction, overspeed testing, so the ventilation fan has good corrosion resistance, anti sway, anti impact, vibration, smooth operation, and safe and reliable characteristics.
The ventilation fan is suitable for use in places with 380V/220V, 50Hz, or 440V 60Hz.
3、 Structural type
Ventilation fans can be divided into two types of structures: Type I duct type and Type II side window type:
Type I pipeline can be directly used for short pipelines or installed on cabin walls for ventilation.
Type II porthole type can be fixedly installed on portholes and bulkheads. Due to the water sealing device, it can be easily opened and closed to prevent seawater and rainwater from entering.
The fan impeller is made of aluminum alloy, the ultrasonic cell grinder, the constant temperature water tank, the sterile homogenizer, and the small spray dryer shell is welded with steel plate.

Precautions for CWZ series small axial flow fans for ships
1. When transporting hard particles in flammable and explosive mixed gases, it is not allowed to exceed 150mg/m3, and the diameter should not exceed 2mm.
2. A protective brass mesh should be installed on the suction pipe to prevent static sparks and other objects from being sucked in, ensuring the safety of the explosion-proof ventilation fan.
When external cables are fixed in the junction box, the junction box itself, its introduction device, and the cable must be strictly sealed to prevent rainwater from entering the junction box.
4. Cables must be grounded, especially explosion-proof motors must be grounded.
When connecting explosion-proof ventilation fans to air ducts, there should be no tilting of the casing due to rigid connections. It is even more forbidden to forcibly connect and add the weight of the pipeline to the fan to prevent deformation of the casing.
6. The power of the electric motor used in the ventilation fan refers to the strict control of the motor current by adjusting the intake air volume during operation, taking into account mechanical losses and the appropriate safety factor under specific working conditions. Do not exceed the rated current of the motor.

8. CWZ series small axial flow fans for ships that cannot be used due to quality reasons within 18 months of leaving the factory. Our factory implements warranty for repair, replacement, and return.
