The CANY-6 bidirectional precision autocollimator can be widely used in various levels of measurement units, research institutes, university laboratories, as well as measurement rooms and workshop processing sites of large factories. It is used to measure the motion line and straightness of precision guides and precision plates of machine tools and instruments, as well as to determine the angular accuracy of angle instruments and tools.
The instrument adopts the structural principle of two-dimensional measurement, which can conveniently measure the angle and line values in the horizontal and vertical directions. It is a compact, lightweight, easy-to-use, stable and reliable measuring instrument.

Operation Instructions for CANY-6 Bidirectional Precision Autocollimator
1. Environmental requirements:
This instrument is a precision measuring instrument, and the measurement accuracy is directly related to environmental conditions. Therefore, the use of this instrument should be carried out in a clean environment, far away from the seismic source, and a constant temperature of 20 ℃± 1 ℃. When measuring on the processing site, the above requirements should also be appropriately noted.
2. Precautions for operation:
Before using the instrument, use soft gauze and aviation gasoline to clean the anti rust grease on the base surface.
The two-dimensional micrometer of the instrument is used by users for observation.
The micrometer drum wheel system is composed of precision screw pairs. When using, do not rotate too quickly or apply too much force to prevent the precision screw from losing accuracy and positioning failure.
