The Y-M series diaphragm pressure gauge adopts an indirect measurement structure and is suitable for measuring the pressure of granular solid media in liquids and gases with high viscosity, easy crystallization, high corrosiveness, and high temperature. There are various materials for isolation membranes to adapt to different corrosive media.

Structural principle: The diaphragm deforms under the pressure of the measured medium, and the sealing liquid is pressurized, forming a pressure equivalent to P, which is transmitted to the pressure instrument and displays the pressure value of the measured medium.
Temperature impact:
Due to the temperature dependent thermal expansion and diaphragm stiffness of the sealing fluid, there is an error of 0.1%/℃ when the operating temperature deviates by 20 ± 5 ℃, which is affected by temperature
Liquid level difference:
If the diaphragm pressure gauge connected to the hose is installed at different positions between the pressure part and the pressure instrument, the liquid level difference will form a pressure difference △ P, where △ P=seal liquid density liquid level difference.
Corrosion resistance:
The corrosion resistance of diaphragm pressure gauges includes the corrosiveness of the environment and the measuring medium. Isolators, diaphragms, and sealing gaskets can be selected according to the usage conditions.

Flange selection: Based on flange standards such as GB (China), HGJ (Ministry of Chemical Industry), DIN (Germany), JIS (Japan), ANSI (United States), and actual domestic usage, commonly used flange series standards are compiled for users to choose from. Special orders for other specifications can also be accepted.

Usage and ordering instructions: The working environment of the instrument should be free of corrosive gases.
Do not disassemble or replace the configured instruments to prevent the leakage of filling fluid and affect performance. Please specify the instrument name, model, measurement limit, accuracy, connecting pipe type, hose length, isolator interface type, isolator interface material, as well as the diameter and standard code of the flange matching pipe when placing an order.
