Usage description:
The YEX-B series stainless steel diaphragm box electric contact pressure gauge is a corrosion-resistant micro pressure measuring instrument developed based on the structural principle of stainless steel diaphragm box pressure gauges. The pressure guiding system and housing are made of stainless steel material. The instrument, when used in conjunction with corresponding electrical components, can achieve dual position automatic control and signaling (alarm) of the maximum or minimum pressure value pre-set for the measured pressure system.

Structural principle:
The instrument consists of a measurement system (including connectors, membrane boxes), transmission mechanism, indicator device, magnetic assisted electrical connector device, housing, regulating device, and aviation cable.
When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the membrane box, its free end undergoes corresponding elastic deformation displacement, which is amplified by the transmission mechanism driven by the pulling rod. The measured pressure is indicated on the instrument panel by the indicator device. At the same time, the pointer drives the movable contact of the electrical connector device to make contact with the contact (upper or lower limit) on the set pointer, causing the control system to turn on or off the circuit, in order to achieve automatic control and send alarm signals.
