Scope and Application

DJ4-2T-HX dual channel methane power-off device (hereinafter referred to as power-off device). It is a new type of dual channel methane power-off device manufactured by our company after years of research and development, using the latest computer technology. It is developed according to standards such as MT283-94 "General Technical Conditions for Dual channel Methane Shutdown Devices for Coal Mines" and GB631-96 "General Technical Conditions for Methane Locking Devices for Wind Power in Coal Mines". It has the characteristics of easy installation, long communication distance, high contact output power, and long service life.

The DJ4-2T-HX dual channel methane power-off device consists of a host and two KGJ4-HX high and low concentration methane sensors (T1, T2 respectively), which can reliably monitor the concentration of methane in both channels and control the corresponding controlled equipment to achieve methane over limit power-off function. It is a safe and reliable multifunctional method that can effectively prevent the occurrence of malignant accidents such as gas explosions in coal mines

Main functions

1. When the methane concentration in the monitoring area exceeds 1.00% CH4, the power-off device emits an audible and visual alarm signal.
2. When the power-off device is not powered or loses power during operation, it can cut off the power supply of the entire monitoring area and lock it.
3. The power-off device can cut off the power supply of the entire monitoring area and lock it within one minute of turning on the power.
4. When the methane sensor is disconnected or powered off, the power supply to the monitoring area of the sensor can be cut off and locked.
5. When the methane concentration in the monitored area exceeds 1.50% CH4, the power supply of the corresponding sensor monitoring area can be cut off and locked. Electricity can only be restored when the methane concentration drops below 1.00% CH4.
6. The sound and light alarm is indicated by a red light-emitting diode, and the sound alarm is the sound of a police car.
7. Methane concentration display: displayed with three digits. In addition: (1) When the methane sensor has a fault or disconnection, only the number of channels is displayed, that is, the last three digits display: ---.
(2) When the methane concentration is 4.00% CH4, a three digit number (4.00) is displayed.
