Scope and Application
The BCL series mining explosion-proof high-voltage cable connector (hereinafter referred to as the connector) is mainly suitable for connecting 1140V to 6000V power cable lines in coal mines with explosive gas mixtures of methane and coal dust.
The connector is designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant standards such as JB5350-1991 "Mining Explosion proof Cable Connectors", GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements", GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type" d "", etc.
Model meaning

Structure Overview
The connector consists of a socket component (power side), a plug-in column component, a connecting joint component, a cable entry device, and other parts. The socket components and plug components are both composed of insulation seat components and explosion-proof shells. There are six terminal posts on the insulation base, and six conductive rods are also attached to the plug-in components. Both the internal and external grounding devices are located on the connecting joint components.
The connector is equipped with two covers, which cooperate with the compression flange and are used to seal the socket and plug components when not in use.
