Scope and Application

The BAX-4.5/127L (GX-1) mining explosion-proof signal switch (hereinafter referred to as the signal switch) is suitable for underground coal mines with explosive gas mixtures of methane and coal dust. It is used as a low-voltage switch to control explosion-proof electric bells or other small audio equipment, lighting signal devices, and can also be used as a signal point device for underground lifting systems. The signal switch is designed, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with standards such as GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements" and GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type" d ".
Structural Overview
The signal switch is mainly composed of a flameproof housing, an upper cover, a wiring chamber, a terminal post, dynamic and static contacts, a torsion spring, an operating handle, etc. During operation, the main chamber shaft is driven by the operating handle, forming a circuit between the moving and stationary contacts to complete the connection action. When the external force is removed, the torsion spring returns it to the disconnected position.
