Scope and Application

The BAL2-127 (36) G series mining explosion-proof sound and light combination electric bell (hereinafter referred to as the electric bell) is suitable for various signal systems in coal mines with explosive gas mixtures of methane and coal dust. It is used as an audio and flashing signal to receive electrical signals, express attention or execute signals. It can also be used in factories with similar explosive hazardous gases.

This series of electric bells is designed, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with standards such as MT428-1995 "Explosion proof type electric bells for coal mines", GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical equipment for explosive gas environments - Part 1: General requirements", and GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical equipment for explosive gas environments - Part 2: Explosion proof type" d ".

Model meaning


Structural Overview
The electric bell is composed of a housing, an upper cover, a wiring chamber, an electromagnetic system, a vibrating component, a bell bowl, a wiring seat, a compression nut, etc. The shell material is HT250 gray cast iron, and the bell bowl material is TBMn5 white cast iron. This series of electric bells displays both sound and light when receiving electrical signals, and is a combination device of electric bell signals and flashing signals.
