Scope and Application
The BZA1-5/127-1.2.3 series mining explosion-proof control button (hereinafter referred to as the button) is suitable for controlling signal, contactor, electromagnetic starter and other devices in coal mine underground AC (50Hz) DC voltage up to 127V lines with explosive mixed gases of methane and coal dust.  

The button is designed, manufactured, and inspected according to standards such as MT624-1996 "Explosion proof Control Buttons for Coal Mines", GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements", GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type" d "", etc.

Structural Overview
The button consists of an explosion-proof shell, internal button components, and button rods. Each button component has a pair of movable contacts and a pair of movable contacts. The outer shell is made of HT250 gray cast iron, which includes a shell, a wiring cavity, and an upper cover. The cover has holes, and a button rod extends through the holes to operate its opening and closing.
