Scope and Application
The ZM series explosion-proof handheld coal rock electric drill, also known as coal rock ground drill (hereinafter referred to as coal rock electric drill), is suitable for underground coal mines with explosive mixtures of methane and coal dust gases. It is used for drilling holes in medium hard, hard coal seams and medium soft rocks during mining and excavation work. It can also be used for drilling boreholes in coal mines and other places such as mine construction and road engineering.  
Coal rock electric drills are designed, manufactured, and inspected according to standards such as MT136-92 and GB3836.1-2-2000.

Structural Overview
The Zm series coal rock electric drill reducer is different from the reducer used in ordinary coal-fired drills. This reducer adopts planetary gear transmission, which realizes the coaxial connection between the motor shaft and the drill rod, without generating additional torque. Therefore, it has the characteristics of smooth operation, high torque, and large drilling depth. Except for the reducer component, other parts are universal with ordinary coal-fired drills.
